All Open Gym times are supervised practice of things you already know and feel comfortable working on. No student is to teach another student during this time. There is also a strict NO YouTube or Instagram learning and experimenting during OG times. All partaking in Open Gym times must be approved by emailing Afterglowpdx@gmail.com or asking your Afterglow Aerial Arts instructor for clearance. Send an email to reserve your spot in an open gym.

  • Currently registered for a series at Afterglow Aerial Arts? Great! You are welcome to attend open gyms without completing a fitness test. We are now implementing a new policy. All students will need to pre-register for any open gym via call, email or text- then pay immediately after confirmation. We are now requiring each student to give us 48 hours notice of cancellation by email or your money/make up class credit will be forfeited.
  • If you would like to train with close friends or family, you are welcome/encouraged to share an apparatus (at this time, we will only allow two people to share an apparatus at a time in order to maintain distance). This is only if all apparatus points are taken.
  • If you are a guest, we are now requesting you take a fitness test of 3 consecutive climbs and 1 straddle up (on or off the ground).

All classes are for ages 16+ unless marked otherwise
