To sign up for open gym, send an email to afterglowpdx@gmail.com letting us know which date you’d like to sign up for and which apparatus you’d like to use. It is important to do this before purchasing so we can let you know if there is room.

Open gym 10 pack must be used within 3 months from date of purchase.

Open gym is for students or others with experience who want to train and practice techniques and moves with which they are already familiar. No instruction will be given. Silks, Lyra, Trapeze, Hammock and Corde Lisse (rope) available.

• All students will need to pre-register for any open gym via email- then pay immediately after confirmation. We are now requiring each student to give us 48 hours notice of cancellation by email or your money/make up class credit will be forfeited.
• If you are a guest, we are now requiring you take a fitness test of 3 consecutive climbs and 1 straddle up (on or off the ground) or send us a video of yourself training.
