Pre-reqs: Must have taken Lyra 1 or able to do the following: Pike under the bar, straddle up w/ straight legs, pull-over, long hang beat, be comfortable in single knee hang, be able to stay in the air at least 2 minutes. Be working on meathooks.
YES, you may drop into this class for $30. Call or email firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand to make sure there’s room. Show up to class 15 minutes early, bringing cash or card. You may also pay online (in the Drop-in classes section) and show your teacher a screenshot of your receipt.
We need a minimum of 3 students to run a class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be credited another class of equal value or refunded.
To allow each student enough time on the apparatus and attention from instructors, our class sizes are limited to 8 students per teacher to benefit everyone.
If you are new to the studio, please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early.
We strongly recommend students to take two classes per series. This will help you get stronger, more flexible, and more effectively reach your aerial and fitness goals.
When signing up for a series via the Cash/Check option, please do so at least 24 hours before the class.
