We will focus on many styles of breath work (or pranayama) along with meditation through gentle movement to let your sympathetic nervous system relax and kickstart the parasympathetic nervous system. My classes feature lots of on the ground juicy hip goodness, chest opening restorative asanas, tapas practice such as wavey arms & broken toe poses to relax your vagas nerve along with your mind, breath techniques for the pelvic bowl & toning of the pelvic floor, and even yoga poses dedicated to restoring the eyeballs from staring at computers all day!
