Kids Aerial 1
Ready to take flight? Kids Aerial 1 is the perfect place to start! In this beginner-friendly class, students will build flexibility, strength, and coordination while learning the basics of aerial arts on Silks, Trapeze, Sling (aerial hammock), and Lyra (aerial hoop). Each week brings a mix of fun moves to develop strength, creative movement, and exciting new tricks designed to help kids grow their skills and confidence in the air.

- Sign-up heads-up: Try to register at least 48 hours before a series starts. Late to the party? Just send us a quick email.
- Pro tip: Two classes per series is the sweet spot for building strength, flexibility, and aerial confidence.
- Heads up: Coaches may have a substitute teacher from time to time.
