This is a beginner level class to introduce aerial silks and aerial hammock/sling, absolute beginner students welcome (ages 16 & up). Learn various inversions, tricks, climbs and conditioning.
Class Info & Registration
- Drop in class: Email us to check availability. Your spot isn’t guaranteed until it’s confirmed!
- Sign-up heads-up: Try to register at least 48 hours before a series starts. Late to the party? Just send us a quick email.
- Pro tip: Two classes per series is the sweet spot for building strength, flexibility, and aerial confidence.
- Heads up: Coaches may have a substitute teacher from time to time.
