Teen Silks 1 & 2

Each 60 minute class is designed to continue learning more complex moves to build strength, poise, flexibility, and stability. We will do our fair share of spins and drops in Teen Silks 1 & 2 as well.

Pre-reqs:

• Have mastered Russian, Regular & Bicycle climbs
• Mastered Double & Single Foot Knots/Locks
• Climb silks 2 times without touching the ground (Regular climb)
• Must be able to invert without any wrist wraps: Straddle ups, Pike, & Candlestick
• Be able to hip-key on each side

• Drop in class: Email us to check availability. Your spot isn’t guaranteed until it’s confirmed!
• Sign-up heads-up: Try to register at least 48 hours before a series starts. Late to the party? Just send us a quick email.
• Pro tip: Two classes per series is the sweet spot for building strength, flexibility, and aerial confidence.
• Heads up: Coaches may have a substitute teacher from time to time.
