Lyra 1 & 2  Beginner Choreography
Aerial hoop (aka lyra) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point. (We do have double point and a trapeze-lyra for advanced). This class will focus on becoming comfortable in the lyra, building strength, and increasing flexibility and stamina. Learn various mounts, inversions, tricks, conditioning and sequences.

Pre-reqs: Must have taken Beginners Lyra or have prior experience and be able to do the following: pike under the bar, straddle up, know at least 2 mounts, pull-over onto bar, be working on single knee hang.

Class Info & Registration

  • Drop in class: Email us to check availability. Your spot isn’t guaranteed until it’s confirmed!
  • Sign-up heads-up: Try to register at least 48 hours before a series starts. Late to the party? Just send us a quick email.
  • Pro tip: Two classes per series is the sweet spot for building strength, flexibility, and aerial confidence.
  • Heads up: Coaches may have a substitute teacher from time to time.
  • Save your spot: your spot is reserved once fully paid. Pay promptly to secure your place.
