										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Aerial Conditioning- You&#8217;ll definitely get a killer workout with Coach Mason! This class will spend the majority of the time in the air with some ground conditioning mixed in including lots of core strengthening drills. Students will increase their strength, stability and mobility and take their circus skills to new heights!</p>
<p><strong>Pre-reqs:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Students must be able to climb and invert on the silks</li>
</ul>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This class is for those who have completed an Active Flexibility series and are ready to move to the next level. Learn the techniques and build the muscles necessary to begin training contortion positions. Identify muscle imbalances and tight areas that are holding you back. Teacher is the one and only, Karli. She has a strong passion for performing and the art of movement, and is a professional at hands on contortion spotting &amp; training.<br />
It is recommended that you take the Active Flexibility series a few times before the Contortion series.</p>
<p>Pre-Reqs:</p>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable working on flat splits</li>
<li>Actively working on chest stands</li>
<li>Comfortable w/ various inversions, including forearm stands and contortion handstands</li>
<li>Willing to work on leg scales (front, &#8220;Y&#8221;, needle)</li>
<li>A good/comfortable bridge, able to straighten legs</li>
<li>An open mind and a good attitude, no whining!! <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></li>
