This class is for absolute beginners to advanced levels who want to learn Splits. I take my extensive knowledge of Kriya yoga and Mongolian Contortion, blend it together and make the perfect blend for your body to deepen into splits land. I will have lots of variations so you can start from where your body currently is. We will train active and passive conditioning drills for your front splits, middle splits, tilt, laying, sitting & standing leg scales.
