Teen Aerial Sampler 1 is a 60min class packed with moves on the Silks, Trapeze, Lyra, Hammock and Rope. This class is designed for teen students who have previous aerial experience.

Pre-reqs:

• Regular & Russian climb on each side
• Double foot locks on silks
• Able to pull-over (on trapeze & lyra)
• Clean knee hang

Note:

We strongly recommend students to take two classes per series. This will help you get stronger, more flexible, and more effectively reach your aerial and fitness goals.
