Silks 2 – Thursday
Building off the foundations laid in Silks 1, each 90 minute class is designed to continue learning more complex moves to build strength, poise, flexibility, and stability. This class will focus more on putting all of the moves together to create an act. We will do our fair share of spins and drops in Silks 2 as well.   • Straddle up on each side 2x with out coming down to rest
  • Do single/double foot knots & dancer foot wraps with ease
  • Be able to do 2 consecutive, straight legged hip keys in the air (on each side)
  • Climb silks 4 times without touching the ground (regular climbs)
  • Knowledge of catchers, salto, & windmill wraps
  • Have a solid Straddle Climb
  • Comfortable w/ spotted Skin The Cats & Meat Hooks (on both sides)
  • The ability to do Cross Back Straddle-back 3x in a row with straight legs

YES, you may drop into this class for $33. **NOTE: At this time we are limiting class sizes and drop ins, to ensure there is room please message and say what your background with aerial is. Show up to class 15 minutes early, bringing cash or card. You may also pay online (in the Drop-in classes section) and show your teacher a screenshot of your receipt.


Number of Students:

We need a minimum of 3 students to run a class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be credited another class of equal value or refunded.

To allow each student enough time on the apparatus and attention from instructors, our class sizes are limited to 8 students per teacher to benefit everyone (currently a max of 5 students).


If you are new to the studio, please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early.

Notes: We strongly recommend students to take two classes per series. This will help you get stronger, more flexible, and more effectively reach your aerial and fitness goals.

Cash or check is best but we also accept Venmo, Cash App and ZELLE. When signing up for a series via the Cash/Check option, please do so at least 24 hours before the class.
