Pre-reqs: Please be able to complete at least 2 consecutive pullups, hold a one-armed meathook for at least 5 seconds on both sides, cleanly pull over into the hoop without using feet, straddle up with straight legs, roll up into a front balance with no hands, and be ready to work on all the hangs (toe, heel, elbow, neck, etc.) Students must either be able to do or be ready to seriously work on straight arm straddle ups.
We need a minimum of 3 students to run a class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be credited another class of equal value or refunded.
To allow each student enough time on the apparatus and attention from instructors, our class sizes are limited to 8 students per teacher to benefit everyone.
If you are new to the studio, please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early.
We strongly recommend students to take two classes per series. This will help you get stronger, more flexible, and more effectively reach your aerial and fitness goals.
When signing up for a series via the Cash/Check option, please do so at least 24 hours before the class.
