Dance Trapeze – Monday
Dance Trapeze is a mixed-level (levels 1-3) trapeze class focusing on foundational technique, sequencing, and spinning on single-point trapeze.

Pre-requisites: Beginners Trapeze and/or be able to do the following:

  • pullover the bar from the ground
  • tuck under the bar and straddle up from the ground
  • invert (tuck and straddle) from standing on the bar

Number of Students:

We need a minimum of 3 students to run a class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be credited another class of equal value or refunded.

To allow each student enough time on the apparatus and attention from instructors, our class sizes are limited to 8 students per teacher to benefit everyone.



If you are new to the studio, please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early.

We strongly recommend students to take two classes per series. This will help you get stronger, more flexible, and more effectively reach your aerial and fitness goals.

When signing up for a series via the Cash/Check option, please do so at least 24 hours before the class.
