Class
Dance Silks – Tuesday
Building off of moves and sequences in student’s repertoire, each class is designed to explore innovative ways of sequencing and dancing in the air. This class will incorporate dynamic transitions, new shapes, and classic skills to make movement in the air more fluid. Students will grow their confidence to build acts and explore their inner creative through aerial silks.

Pre-reqs

  • 2 consecutive regular climbs
  • inverted straddle and pike in the air
  • hip key in the air (on each side)
  • double & single foot locks in the air
  • catchers lock

Number of Students

We need a minimum of 3 students to run a class. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be credited another class of equal value or refunded.

To allow each student enough time on the apparatus and attention from instructors, our class sizes are limited to 8 students per teacher to benefit everyone (currently a max of 5 students).

 

Reminder:

If you are new to the studio, please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early.

Note:
We strongly recommend students to take two classes per series. This will help you get stronger, more flexible, and more effectively reach your aerial and fitness goals.

Cash or check is best but we also accept Venmo, Cash App and ZELLE. When signing up for a series via the Cash/Check option, please do so at least 24 hours before the class.
