This is a beginner level class for the aerial hammock/sling, absolute beginner students welcome. Learn various inversions, tricks, and conditioning.

Note:
We strongly recommend students to take two classes per series. This will help you get stronger, more flexible, and more effectively reach your aerial and fitness goals.
Side note: Coaches may have substitute teachers for their classes.
